Built over 300,000 square meters, Al Koot Mall includes 360 stores (17 anchor stores) across 100,000 square meters of retail space, as well as a 12-screen state-of-the-art cinema. Moreover, it has a 200-room 5-star hotel, conference, and events center that contains two ballrooms and multiple meeting rooms spread over 3,700 square meters with advanced digital technology. The project accommodates 3,600 car parking spaces. The mall is expected to attract 20 million visitors annually.
